* If I want to place an order, how do I proceed?

We have provided some easy shopping links for you. You can use these links to start shopping or you can shop on any website of your choice. Email us at customerservices@reliableonlineservices.com and we will provide you with a user name and temporary password for the website you are shopping on. Log-in to your account and start adding the items to your cart. Once you have finish shopping, notify us via email and confirm the address you want the order shipped to. We will then email you a quotation to get your order to that address.

* How do I know my email was received?

An auto reply is set up on our email system. As soon as your email is received you will get the auto reply in a matter of minutes. A customer service representative will contact you within 24 hours. Due to privacy settings on certain email programs/web-mail, please check your junk mail/folder for our e-mails.

* What is your service charge for placing orders?

Our service charge is calculated based upon the total cost of your items in your shopping cart. Below is a chart of our service charges.

* What are your payment methods?

At the moment we are only accepting cash (locally), western union, money gram, direct deposit (to our bank account) and PayPal payments. To send payments via paypal please send to customerservices@reliableonlineservices.com.

* Do I have to pay for my order in full before my order is placed?

NEW! customers must pay for their orders in full before their orders are processed. Regular customers can make a 50% deposit for orders $500 or less, if they wish to continue to pay for their orders in full they can do so. Customers with orders exceeding $500 will be advised of the deposit amount required to process their orders.

* I am located in one country, can I have my order shipped to another country?

Yes, before your order is placed you will need to confirm the address you want your order shipped to. If the website you are shopping on does not support this option, we will have the order shipped to our office in the USA and thereafter it will be shipped to the address of your choice.

* What shipping methods do you offer?

Most websites use UPS & USPS to ship their orders. If other shipping methods are offered we will advise you of those options. Orders that are shipped to our USA office can then be shipped using any shipping method of your choice, USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL. Customers will have to advise us which option is best for them.

* What if my order contains big items?

USPS will not ship items heavier than 70lbs. AEROPOST, DHL, FEDEX, UPS and TROPICAL SHIPPING are other alternatives. We can also use any other freight service of your choice.

* How do I know my order has arrived at its destination?

We track all our customer's orders, when your order reaches its destination we will notify you via email, phone or sms. We can also advise you of the tracking number so you can do your own tracking.

* Where do I go to collect my order?

All orders are delivered to you (local customers).

* International Customers: Your orders will be delivered to the address provided with your order. If you provided a physical address, your order will  be delivered to you by the shipper you selected. If you provided a P.O. Box, you are expected to go to your local Post Office to pick up your order.

* Do I have to pay Custom Duties for my order?

Yes, you are expected to pay Custom Duties imposed by your country.

* When do I settle the remaining 50% of my invoice?

Orders that are shipped to personal addresses, your invoice is required to be settled before it is shipped out from our office in the USA. Orders that are arriving in the British Virgin Islands, your invoice is required to be settled upon delivery of your order.

* What happens if I place an order and I want to cancel?

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Once the order arrives, customers have 30 days to collect their order and settle the balance of their invoice. If this is not done after 30 days the order will be sold and your 50% deposit will not be refunded.

* I referred your services to a friend, what do I get?

Once you refer our services to a friend and he/she place an order, you will receive $5 off your next order with us. The $5 will apply to every NEW friend that places an order. Your $5 cannot be accumulated.

* Where are you located?

Our main office is located in the British Virgin Islands and our main shipping hub is located in Atlanta Georgia (USA). Our other shipping services are located in Florida  (USA) and in the U.S.Virgin Islands.
